| subtitle = Where Every Moment Finds Its Meaning
| quote = The smallest toast, the softest smile—these are the sparks of ceremony.
| lore = Tucked within the same sacred tunnel system that hosts the Cavern of the Darkest Shadow and the Reaper’s Haven, Inspiration’s Corners stands as a vivid, echoing hymn to The Celebrant. Where the shadows give way to gentle lanternlight and music hums softly through air thick with warmth, this shrine celebrates the ceremonies that define us, both grand and intimate.

The shrine is divided into three winding alcoves, each devoted to one of The Celebrant’s sacred aspects. To the left, a rounded alcove houses the Hall of Banners, a tribute to the Planner. Shelves of ceremonial guides, old calendars, and folded ribbons line the walls like sacred relics. Incense of thyme and cedar burns in calm measure, honoring the work it takes to make any celebration whole.

Opposite it, in the right alcove, stands the Mantle's Mirror, an open space with polished walls and trailing silks, where a solitary figure may perform a dance, rehearse a toast, or simply reflect. Here, a hidden blessing might stir if one gives themselves fully to the moment, a flash of warmth, a knowing smile from a stranger, or a fleeting vision of what a moment could become.

At the back of the shrine, the tunnel opens to a low stone hearth and long communal table, the heart of The Brewer’s Comfort, where followers of The Celebrant leave small offerings of wine, bread, and song. Meals are shared here in silence or laughter, in grief or joy, depending on the day. It is said that no one who sits at this table eats alone.

A place only the most devout priests may earn the hallowed title of Master of Ceremonies, are not chosen for their revelry, but for their reverence. They are listeners first, hosts second, and guides last. For here, ceremony is not performance, it is memory woven into ritual, spirit set to rhythm, and love etched into tradition.

This sanctuary does not echo with sermons, but with toasts, lullabies, farewell blessings, and vows. In Inspiration’s Corners, all rites are sacred, and no celebration is ever too small to be worthy of The Celebrant’s gaze.
| subtitle = A Fully Established Corvid Roost and Exchange Hub for the Urdrevan Network
| quote = What the forest forgets, the crows remember—and sometimes they bring it back.
| lore = The Rookery is a fully completed corvid sanctuary and exchange hub constructed within a vast hollowed tree structure, designed to support a large scale nesting population of corvids under the stewardship of the Urdrevan group, The Crows. The interior of the hollow has been extensively woven and reinforced using layered natural materials including straw, twigs, and soft nesting fibres, forming a dense, self-supporting network of roosting spaces. The structure functions as a living vertical habitat, allowing birds to nest, move, and congregate across multiple levels within a single continuous environment.

The Rookery is capable of supporting approximately two hundred corvids, operating as both a sanctuary and an organised information exchange hub. In return for shelter and protection, resident birds are understood to contribute items of informational or material value, including small objects, trinkets, and recoverable goods gathered from surrounding regions.
The Urdrevan Crows oversee the management and coordination of the Rookery, maintaining structured interaction between the corvid population and external networks. This arrangement strengthens mutual trust while enabling the controlled use of corvid behaviour for reconnaissance, retrieval, and environmental awareness. The population is considered self-sustaining, with minimal external oversight required beyond general stewardship and environmental maintenance. The system is designed to naturally integrate with surrounding ecosystems, functioning as a centralised “bird city” within the wider forest network.

The Rookery therefore operates as a fully established corvid habitat and potential intelligence exchange centre; combining habitation, cooperation, and structured resource return in a single integrated structure.
| lore = The Dog House is a premier kennels and training facility for Guard Dogs and War Hounds, strategically positioned just outside the Korvolan Gate of Hammerstadt. The site has been selected for its proximity to the city’s main entrance, allowing trained hounds to respond quickly to threats or patrol duties, while maintaining a secure and controlled environment for ongoing instruction and care.

This initially constructed facility will house twenty hounds, with plans for future expansion both within Hammerstadt and across neighbouring nations, forming a network of branches operated by local Hammerstadt handlers. Constructed primarily from durable stone, the kennels are designed for both functionality and safety. Each kennel is individually fortified, providing shelter, feeding, and sleeping areas, while integrated channels and pathways allow efficient management of the animals.

Adjacent to the kennels, a small exercise field has been created, complete with varied terrain, obstacles, and training aids to develop agility, strength, and obedience in the hounds. Specialised areas for scent training, retrieval exercises, and combat drills are included, ensuring the dogs are prepared for both city defence and battlefield duties. The facility also incorporates a secure quarantine area for new or recovering hounds, alongside storage for feed, equipment, and medical supplies.

The Dog House is not merely be a functional kennel but a centre of excellence for the breeding, training, and deployment of Hammerstadt’s most loyal and capable hounds. It carries the official endorsement of the Hound of Hammerstadt, signalling both prestige and the strategic importance of the project to the city’s ongoing security and military readiness.
| subtitle = Where Many Currents Meet as One Tide
| quote = All captains have their own course, but here, their charts meet.
| lore = Floating upon the sheltered waters of Port Ravesso, the Chapter House for the Confederation of Sails now serves as the beating heart of Portavas' maritime community. Constructed upon a vast network of interlocked timber platforms that rise and fall gently with the tides, the floating hall has become both a centre of governance and a place where sailors, merchants, navigators, and captains gather beneath a common purpose.

Designed as a series of concentric circles, the Chapter House balances openness with order. Around its outer edge, sturdy docking berths welcome vessels of every size belonging to members of the Confederation, allowing crews to step directly from ship to council without ever setting foot ashore. The constant arrival and departure of ships lends the structure a perpetual sense of movement, its wooden walkways alive with the sounds of trade, conversation, and the creak of rigging carried upon the sea breeze.

At the heart of the structure lies the Council Ring, the largest circular platform upon the raft. Here, elected representatives of the Confederation meet around a great central table to debate matters of navigation, commerce, maritime law, and the shared interests of those who make their living upon the sea. Their deliberations remain visible to those gathered in the surrounding rings, reflecting the Confederation's commitment to open governance and ensuring that leadership remains connected to the sailors it represents.

Radiating outward from the Council Ring, smaller meeting spaces provide room for merchants negotiating trade, captains exchanging charts, navigators sharing knowledge of changing currents, and crews seeking opportunities for future voyages. The design encourages conversation as readily as commerce, creating an environment where experience is freely exchanged and partnerships are forged between those who may otherwise never have crossed paths.

Throughout the Chapter House, subtle nautical craftsmanship celebrates the traditions of Portavas. Weathered timbers are carved with flowing ropework, rolling waves, and the creatures of the deep, while the banners of the Confederation rise proudly above the platforms, visible to vessels entering the harbour from afar. Though much of the structure remains open to all members, a handful of enclosed chambers are quietly built into its inner sections, reserved for confidential discussions, delicate negotiations, and matters entrusted only to the Confederation's elected leadership.

The Chapter House has quickly become more than a place of meetings. It serves as the maritime voice of Portavas itself, where agreements are reached, disputes settled, and the future of the nation's fleets charted together. Every tide brings new faces to its docks, every voyage begins or ends beneath its banners, and every captain who moors there becomes part of something greater than their own ship, a Confederation united not by ownership of the sea, but by a shared commitment to those who sail it.
Deeper than any trail dares wander and quieter than moonlight on snow. This is no ordinary grove—it is a cradle of the old world, where the roots of titanic trees have tangled and twined themselves into cathedral-like hollows, alcoves, and spiralling passageways beneath a living roof of leaves.
The roots do not merely grow here—they gather. Some curl like the arms of slumbering beasts, while others arc overhead like vaulted ribs, wrapped in velvet moss and the fluttering hush of hanging ferns. The trees here are impossibly tall and ageless, they twist and knot into natural arches, alcoves, and pathways, forming what can only be described as a living temple. No stone was laid, no timber carved; the temple is grown, not made. Nature itself has shaped it in slow, patient wisdom.
When you enter, the noise of the outside world falls away. The air is thick with the scent of moss, sap, and loam. | subtitle = Where Shadows Coil and Secrets Find Shelter
| quote = It does not need to move to make you hesitate.
| lore = Carved into the wind-battered cliffs of Braeheven Valley, Varnach’s Sable Vigil now rises like a shadow given form, a black-stone monument poised between reverence and warning. Standing fifteen feet in height yet commanding the horizon through its placement, the effigy takes the shape of a coiled serpent, its body knotted into rings of tension, its white fangs bared, and its eyes gleaming with blood-red stone. Dedicated to Vamach the Viper—protector, hero, and whispered terror of House Varnach—the Vigil is both a tribute and a proclamation.
The cliffs themselves lend the statue its majesty, casting its serpentine shadow far across the valley floor as the sun drifts westward. Travelers, poachers, and schemers alike cannot miss its form: an unblinking viper set to strike, its stone coils whispering a silent threat that the blood of Varnach never sleeps. Even when mist veils the valley, the faint glint of its carved eyes pierces through, unnerving all who pass below.
At the monument’s base, within the sculpted curve of the serpent’s body, an alcove has been hollowed to serve as a shrine to The Shadow. Here, the smallfolk and wanderers may kneel in seclusion, their words and confessions absorbed into the stone without judgment. Some say that secrets spoken in the alcove linger like a breath in the dark, carried to unseen ears, though none dare confirm what truly listens. It is a place of comfort and unease in equal measure.
The Vigil now stands as both spiritual landmark and sigil of protection. For the valley’s folk, it is reassurance—that the Vipers of Varnach remain vigilant, their watch eternal, their guardianship unyielding. For those with darker intent, it is a warning—sharp fangs may strike before the sun notices, and shadow may move before a single step is heard. More than a monument, Varnach’s Sable Vigil is a promise etched into stone: that secrets have keepers, shadows have guardians, and the blood of Varnach coils ever around its people.
| lore = Nestled in a quiet corner of Valdraeth, the Grave of Mother Mossy now stands as a living testament to compassion and care. Atop a gentle, moss-clad mound rises a gravestone three metres tall, its surface engraved with intricate depictions of plants, hands in healing gestures, and subtle patterns of flowing water, capturing the essence of Mother Mossy’s life and devotion. Around the mound, native flora has been carefully preserved and encouraged to flourish, creating a tapestry of color and fragrance that shifts with the seasons. Soft earthen paths meander through the site, inviting visitors to wander slowly, reflect, and pause.
The area is conceived as both sanctuary and waypoint, blending the untamed beauty of nature with intentional design. Woven branch canopies provide shelter for those seeking shade or a quiet moment of meditation, while small alcoves along the paths encourage offerings of flowers, herbal tinctures, or tokens of remembrance. A modest herb garden, tended under guidance, allows pilgrims and herbalists alike to gather medicinal plants sustainably, connecting the living with Mother Mossy’s legacy of healing.
The Grave of Mother Mossy serves multiple purposes. It is a spiritual landmark dedicated to the Physician aspect of the Hearth, a place where both sorrow and gratitude may be expressed. It acts as a waypoint for travellers, a haven for the weary, and a teaching ground for those devoted to herbal arts and restorative practices. The site hums with a quiet, enduring energy—a gentle reminder that even in death, the compassion and guidance of Mother Mossy continue to nurture the land and its people.
Through careful design and reverent attention to the natural surroundings, the Grave of Mother Mossy has become more than a resting place. It is a place of memory, learning, and restoration, a testament to the quiet power of service and the enduring impact of one devoted life.
The upgrade will involve specialized training for the hounds to operate alongside the Grass Snakes in coordinated manoeuvres, ambushes, and skirmishes. | lore = The Hounds of Hammerstadt are proposed as an elite military unit, designed to integrate trained war hounds and their handlers into Hammerstadt’s defensive and offensive operations. This unit will operate directly from the Dog House, using the facility as both a barracks and a training centre, and will serve as a model for potential expansion into allied nations.

The unit will consist of a complement of handlers, trainers, and war hounds, initially numbering twenty teams, each trained for both urban defence and field deployment. Hounds will be selected for intelligence, strength, loyalty, and combat aptitude, while their handlers will receive advanced instruction in martial tactics, battlefield communication, and canine coordination. Together, each handler-hound team forms a highly disciplined operational unit capable of reconnaissance, tracking, crowd control, and direct engagement.

The Hounds of Hammerstadt will provide rapid-response capabilities to city threats, serve as an augmentation to standard infantry or cavalry units, and offer specialized support in sieges or border patrols. The unit’s mobility and versatility make it suitable for deployment both within Hammerstadt and in neighbouring regions, with the potential to establish additional branches under Hammerstadt oversight.

This military proposal emphasizes not only the strategic utility of canine-assisted operations but also the symbolic importance of loyalty, discipline, and martial innovation to the city. The Hounds of Hammerstadt are intended to become a permanent, highly respected element of Hammerstadt’s armed forces, reinforcing the city’s security and projecting its influence through both practical capability and ceremonial prestige.
This modest hut, timber-framed and weatherproofed against the marsh’s breath, serves as both a lantern of knowledge and a gate of governance.
Inside, travellers find maps inked with warning marks, illustrated guides to The Wonders shifting hazards, and logs of past expeditions—some triumphant, some cautionary. Shelves bear jars of preserved local flora and samples of curious minerals, each with a placard explaining its use… or its danger. A central table hosts daily briefings for adventurers, merchants, and explorers, ensuring no one steps into The Meering unprepared.
| quote = For safe return, and storms endured.
| lore = With the wind at their backs and vigilance in their hearts, a new flotilla has been proposed to extend the guardianship of Portavas’ sacred waters. Inspired by the strength and devotion of the existing Windward Flotilla, this new fleet — composed of three specially constructed sloops — will serve as protectors, scouts, and companions to the ever-watchful PMCS FEDEA and her kindred ships.

The proposed ships, named PMCS Kholyn, PMCS Puerto, and PMCS Amity, are envisioned as versatile and swift. Each vessel would echo the design principles of the original flotilla — compact yet resilient hulls, twin-masted sails for agile maneuvers, and reinforced lookout posts for extended visibility across the Galene’s shifting tides. Their decks would house modest but potent armaments, ideal for patrolling coastal shallows, assisting in convoy defense, or responding swiftly to sudden threats on the horizon.

Yet this new fleet is not only built for war — it is built for belonging. The name “Amity” in particular signals a broader intent: to extend the hand of camaraderie and aid to allied vessels and sea-bound communities in need. These are ships of shield and shelter, not only sword and signal.

Should this proposal be funded, they will take their place beside the faithful flotilla already keeping vigil in Felea — a further promise that the shores of Portavas remain well-defended, and that no tide shall rise unchallenged.
| subtitle = Where Grapes Are Grown Sanctified in Soil, Blessed in Barrels
| quote = In every pour, a season survived. In every sip, a story sealed.
| lore = This proposal outlines the establishment of Valdraeth’s Finest Vineyard, a vast and ambitious viticultural estate to be planted in the rich, frost-kissed soil beneath the towering silhouette of Castle Aldhime. Designed not only as a site of cultivation, but as a celebration of Valdraeth’s quiet grandeur, the vineyard will produce wine of unparalleled depth, shaped by bitter winds the dedicated to The Brewer—one of the revered aspects of The Celebrant.

The vineyard itself will be unlike any other in the known world. Its vines, carefully selected from rare and frost-hardy varietals, will be cultivated to grow to extraordinary heights—climbing trellises and stone arches like living green cathedrals. Visitors arriving from the winding paths of The Hedge will feel a strange kinship here, as though the vines are cousins to the creeping forests they know. The result will be a surreal and immersive experience: a vineyard not only grown, but risen, in true Valdraethi fashion.

At its heart will stand a towering shrine to The Brewer. This shrine, half-sacred altar and half fermentation chamber will serve as a place of both prayer and production—where rituals may be performed to bless each harvest, and where the fermentation of the first and final barrels is witnessed by the faithful. Local weavers may inscribe runes of clarity, warmth, and preservation upon the casks, whispering intention into the wine as it matures.

More than a mere vineyard, Valdraeth’s Finest will be a monument to refinement through adversity. A place where shadow nurtures sweetness, where worship is poured by the glass, and where the legacy of Castle Aldhime may be sipped and savoured one solemn vintage at a time.
This medium-sized, round-the-clock blacksmith workshop will be constructed from durable stone and reinforced timber, built to withstand both the heat of its eight forges and the demands of an unrelenting workforce.

Said workforce? A tireless host of reanimated former Hammerstadt citizens, honouring their final duty in steel and flame. | subtitle = A Haven for Healing Hands
| quote = Where knowledge and care converge, no wound remains unseen.
| lore = The Bile Wing now stands completed as a dedicated medical extension adjoining the historic halls of Velichor University in Hammerstadt, expanding the university’s long-standing commitment to scholarship into the fields of medicine, surgery, and patient care.

Constructed from aged grey stone with arched windows and weathered masonry, the wing has been built to blend seamlessly into the existing university campus. Its exterior mirrors the traditional architectural identity of Velichor so naturally that the structure appears less like a modern addition and more like a hall that has always belonged amongst the university’s ancient corridors and courtyards.

Within the wing, the interior has been carefully arranged to serve both education and treatment simultaneously. Three professors oversee specialised classrooms dedicated to medical theory, surgical practice, and patient care, providing structured instruction for students pursuing the healing arts. Among these teaching halls stands The Orwain Room, named in honour of Orwain Aer Emrys, serving as a dedicated space for advanced medical learning and disciplined scholarly instruction.

At the centre of the Bile Wing lies the observational medical amphitheatre, designed as both operating theatre and teaching chamber. Here, procedures and treatments are conducted before seated students, allowing future surgeons and physicians to study practical technique, judgement, and patient care directly from experienced practitioners. Patients who consent to observational treatment receive discounted care, reinforcing the Wing’s role as both public service and educational institution.

Overlooking the amphitheatre stands a statue of Orwain Aer Emrys, positioned above the theatre floor in silent watch over both surgeons and students alike. The monument serves as a symbol of discipline, responsibility, and the careful pursuit of healing knowledge, reminding all within the chamber that medicine demands precision as much as compassion.

Though traditional in appearance, the Bile Wing incorporates several modern medical advancements throughout its halls. Improved lighting brightens surgical and treatment spaces, ventilation systems maintain cleaner airflow through operating chambers, and sanitation-focused layouts allow for more efficient and controlled medical practice without compromising the university’s classical atmosphere.

Now fully realised, the Bile Wing stands as both a centre of healing and a place of rigorous learning within Hammerstadt. It extends Velichor University’s mission beyond scholarship alone, ensuring that knowledge is not merely preserved within its walls, but actively used in service to the people who pass beneath them.
Its central mast is a living orange-lemon citrus tree, grown carefully to serve both as sustenance and as a home for the bees that inhabit two of the ship’s decks. Soil fills the lower holds, yet the ship floats with uncanny stability, a blend of natural and nautical engineering. Bee-keepers live aboard, tending to the hives and ensuring that the bees’ honey production is steady and the ecosystem aboard remains balanced.

The citrus mast provides food not only for the bees but for the crew, creating a self-sustaining microcosm that blends agriculture, apiculture, and maritime life. Every plank, every deck, is designed to allow careful movement without disturbing the bees, and the ship’s gentle sway is engineered to mimic natural conditions. A transparent crystal glass roof will allow natural light to fall evenly across the working spaces, preserving the integrity of colours and materials. Attached to the east wing will be the Museum of Valdraeth Fashion Through the Ages, featuring mannequins and displays that chronicle the region’s sartorial history. This project emphasizes cultural education, craftsmanship, and the preservation of Valdraeth’s identity after the Corrupted destroyed the original wings a decade prior. | lore = Rising solemnly from the hills of Reverents Rest, Life’s End stands as a crypt-like monument to inquiry, mortality, and the unknown. Crafted from quarried dark stone, its towering arches and immense façades command attention, giving the impression of a building designed to touch the heavens. From a distance, it is unmistakably a place of reverence; upon closer approach, its austere beauty and deliberate proportions evoke both awe and introspection.
Inside, the interior is vast and echoing, with chambered halls that swallow each footstep, leaving visitors aware of their own insignificance and yet encouraged to contemplate the mysteries of life and death. Stone pylons, massive and evenly spaced, stretch toward the vaulted ceilings, their design abstract yet purposeful, hinting at arcane principles without relying on enchantments. The cold air carries a quiet hum of discipline and focus, and hidden mechanisms subtly regulate lighting and ventilation, maintaining the perfect atmosphere for study.
Despite its imposing presence, Life’s End is not a mausoleum in the conventional sense. It serves as a place of rigorous academic and philosophical pursuit, dedicated to the exploration of the Athrea Sphere, the nature of life, and what lies beyond. Scholars, adepts, and the faithful traverse its corridors with care, reading from tomes and observing relics preserved within stone alcoves. Every chamber, every hall, and every shadow is designed to encourage reflection, discipline, and the pursuit of understanding without distraction.
| subtitle = Valdraeth’s Sharpest Claws Now Serve The Realm.
| quote = You call them strays. We call them soldiers.
| lore = In the heart of Tewkesbridge, a new institution now stands as both sanctuary and bastion—the House for Meowgical Performing Felines, or HMP Feline. What began as an ambitious proposal to turn the city’s forgotten strays into defenders has been realized at its first level, opening its doors to a capacity of one hundred cats. These creatures, once overlooked or dismissed, now serve as agile guardians against the creeping corruption that festers in Valdraeth’s alleys and underways.
The building itself is wrought from sturdy local stone and brick, its façade marked by narrow archways and intricate reliefs of feline forms mid-leap or clawing down shadows. Rising above it all is a singular feature: a monumental scratching tower, climbing high into the sky like a symbol of both pride and play, its surface etched with protective wards. This unmistakable landmark now signals a place of safety and purpose for cats across the city.
Inside, HMP Feline balances warmth with quiet discipline. Each resident cat has its own resting nook, complete with scratch post, blanket, and magically replenishing food and water. These are not mere comforts, but signs of respect for the dignity of each feline. Corridors are softly lit by lanterns enchanted to cast gentle, shifting light—encouraging the natural nocturnal rhythm of its inhabitants. At the rear of the complex lies a specialized disposal wing, where the bodies of corrupted vermin and other twisted creatures are swiftly incinerated, preventing taint from lingering in the city. Self-cleaning litter trays, powered by subtle charms, ensure that the halls remain immaculate, allowing the facility to hum with a strangely serene order.
More than a shelter, HMP Feline is now a living defense. Within its walls, Valdraeth’s sharpest claws and keenest eyes are trained, guided, and unleashed against threats unseen by most. The streets that once ignored their prowling shapes now depend on their watch. With Level One completed, Tewkesbridge has gained not only a sanctuary but a symbol of transformation: from strays into soldiers, from shadows into shields.
