The Tomos Fwyels Original Circle of Festivities, Oratory, Ornamental Language & Shenanigans have proposed the construction of a new wing. As only the south wing is still standing, the east wing has been proposed for restoration with the new name: Janith Milliner’s Circle of Fashionable Couture, Ornamental Headwear, Original Masterworks, Luxurious Clothing & Style.
