The Fall of Lambert the Bold
A major Corrupted attack devastates Avereaux. Lambert the Bold, the last King of Avereaux, is killed.
In 972, the Corrupted launched a devastating assault on Avereaux. During the battle, Lambert the Bold — the last King of Avereaux — was slain. His death marked the end of the Avereaux monarchy and foreshadowed the horrors of the Age of Calamity that would officially begin just one year later.
