A SUBSIDIARY OF THE PORTAVAS MARITIME COMPANY
The Clarke School of Nautical Arts and Excellence is a proposed educational school complex dedicated to teaching the art and science of nautical pursuits. It will provide instruction in navigation, shipbuilding, rope making, sail weaving, and other maritime trades, alongside general education for potential officers. Surrounding the main school building, workshops and production areas will allow students’ work to directly support Portavas’ trade and maritime industry.
Housing for staff and visiting lecturers will be incorporated, creating a self-sufficient campus that can operate year-round. The school is designed to be a centre for innovation, technical training, and cultural exchange, accepting students from across Elandra. The goal is to create a network of smaller satellite schools in towns and villages throughout Portavas, ensuring the maritime knowledge and skill of the nation is preserved, expanded, and applied across the fleet and trade networks.
