The Pact of Nine Remade
The Pact of Nine is renewed between all nine nations, only for the Corrupted to attack and kill all of the nations' leaders.
In 1024, the leaders of all nine nations gathered to renew the Pact of Nine. The ceremony was shattered when the Corrupted launched a devastating attack on the assembly, killing every one of the nine nations' leaders. This decapitation strike plunged Elandra into a leadership crisis at the worst possible moment, leaving every nation without its head of state simultaneously.
