Chunkier and more heavily fortified than other vessels in the Windward Flotilla, she is a siege engine of the sea, crafted to breach enemy defences and disgorge marine forces swiftly and decisively.

Her hull is reinforced with weather-hardened timber and layered metalwork, designed to absorb the harshest barrages and withstand coastal combat. At her prow, a carved nutcracker figurehead grimly snarls, symbolizing the unyielding judgment and unbreakable resolve that The Justicar embodies. This fierce visage serves as a warning: mercy is for the lawful, and judgment will be swift upon the guilty.

A shrine to The Justicar will be situated amidships, where crew and marines can gather to seek fortitude from the God of Law. Here, sailors may find courage in the valour aspect of The Justicar, the bravery to stand firm in their principles and the strength to enforce justice with unwavering resolve. The scales, blindfold, and laurel motifs are woven throughout the ship’s design and adornments, reinforcing the commitment to fairness, integrity, and righteous order.

The PMCS BOLT’s interior is optimised for rapid deployment, housing marines ready to enact The Justicar’s tenets on land or at sea. With reinforced ballistae and siege-ready design, she is proposed to be a vanguard of lawful retribution, a living testament to the balance between measured judgment and decisive action.
