The proposed 'Fawkes Fineries' is intended to cater to a wealthier class of patrons in all things Tailoring. The building will be handsome and well maintained, constructed from smoothed stone, with polished woodwork, tasteful decorative brickwork highlighting its structural features, and large windows offering bright glimpses into a planned elegant central showroom. Everything about the exterior wants to suggest quality without gaudiness, with the sort of quiet expense intended to assure patrons that their needs will be taken seriously.
Inside, the main showroom will be intimate and luxurious, with fine fabrics draping from high points and carefully displayed garments kept at a more personal level. The subtle scent of treated leather and polished wood will fill the space, helping the entire establishment feel clean, refined and meticulously maintained. Staff will greet patrons with practiced warmth and immediate attention, with an emphasis on privacy and personal service. Measurements, alterations and commissions will all be handled with meticulous care, creating the impression that the Fineries exists entirely to accommodate its clientele.
There will, however, be a curious suggestion that the building extends further than what is presented to the public. Heavy doors with discreet security measures. It's implied that those with the right connections, or perhaps simply enough curiosity, may find themselves offered access, though what happens beyond those doors has been left less certain. There is however, documentation of a magical craft somewhere in the building involving arms or armour and a back door.
Fawkes Fineries will, after all, intend to present itself as nothing more than an exceptionally fine tailor in one of Zweiburg's more fashionable districts.
