The Queen Bee

The Queen Bee is no ordinary vessel; it is a living ship, a testament to ingenuity and harmony with nature. Its central mast is a living orange-lemon citrus tree, grown carefully to serve both as sustenance and as a home for the bees that inhabit two of the ship’s decks. Soil fills the lower holds, yet the ship floats with uncanny stability, a blend of natural and nautical engineering. Bee-keepers live aboard, tending to the hives and ensuring that the bees’ honey production is steady and the ecosystem aboard remains balanced.

The citrus mast provides food not only for the bees but for the crew, creating a self-sustaining microcosm that blends agriculture, apiculture, and maritime life. Every plank, every deck, is designed to allow careful movement without disturbing the bees, and the ship’s gentle sway is engineered to mimic natural conditions. The Queen Bee serves as both a vessel of exploration and a floating sanctuary, demonstrating the Portavas mastery of living technology and the balance between human ambition and natural stewardship.

Additional Requirements: Multiple Weavings – Enchant the soil to be able to sustain a tree at sea for long periods of time & enchant a water container to purify salt water into normal water.

Signed contract with the PMC for initiative to use their punishable personal as crew as an incentive for good behaviour (15 Myths to be removed if obtained).
